NIBONG TEBAL, June 21 (Bernama) -- The Communications Ministry, in collaboration with the Information Department, has set up a media centre for the Sungai Bakap by-election.
The media centre is located at the Rakan Muda Jawi Complex, Sungai Jawi, and will operate from 9 am to 9 pm starting tomorrow until July 6.
“Media representatives are invited to use the facilities provided and access information from the media centre,” the ministry said in a statement today.

The Election Commission has set July 6 as polling day for the Sungai Bakap by-election, with nominations tomorrow and early voting on July 2.
The Sungai Bakap seat fell vacant following the death of incumbent Nor Zamri Latiff on May 24 due to stomach inflammation.
