"Dear Comrade Kim Jong Un, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you for the wonderful welcome and warm hospitality extended to me and the Russian delegation during our stay in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. This state visit was of special significance. It has brought the relations between Moscow and Pyongyang to an unprecedented high level of comprehensive strategic partnership. From now on, new horizons are opening up for fruitful cooperation between our countries in a wide range of areas," Putin said in the telegram published by the Kremlin.
